2025 Rosemary Howlett Scholarship Recipient: Eva Marrinan

The Art League of the Chathams is proud to announce Eva Marrinan, a 2025 graduate of Chatham High School, as the recipient of the 2025 Rosemary Howlett Scholarship, a $1,000 award honoring exceptional dedication to the arts.

Eva has demonstrated outstanding artistic achievement throughout her high school career. She exhibited multiple works each year in the Blackwell Art Show, earning Honorable Mention in 2024. She also served as lead painter on the CHS senior mural and completed both AP Drawing and AP 3D Art—a rare accomplishment that reflects her commitment to advancing her skills across multiple artistic disciplines.

Her leadership in technical and performing arts is equally notable. Eva spent three years as a prop master and designer for CHS Theatre, contributed to Theater Leadership for Change, and was an integral member of the stage crew. Her work earned her a Foxy Award nomination in 2025 as well as the Kiwanis Club Award for Technical Theatre.

We are honored to recognize Eva Marrinan with the 2025 Rosemary Howlett Scholarship and celebrate her remarkable talent, leadership, and contributions to the arts in Chatham.
