May 2010
The Art League just held its May meeting and the following items were discussed.  Thought they would be of interest to everyone. On May 26th, France-Vaz will critique paintings free for members of ALC.  You may bring your paintings (any medium) to the township municipal building, 58 Meyersville Road between 11 am and 1 pm.
Our Summer show reception in the township is on Friday, June 18th from 6 – 8 pm.  Frank McDonough will have a show opening in the Lundt-Glover Gallery  titled “Lady Gaga Two Strong Hands”
The receiving is Tuesday, June 15th from 10 – 11:30 am.  The work does not have to be new.  Please try to participate since we have lots of space to fill up now.
Our summer picnic is planned for Friday, June 4th at the Fondaco’s, 299 Shunpike Road at 6pm.  You can call or email Frank at frank.mcdonough@comcast.net or call at 973-966-6350 to let him know what you would like to bring:  an appetizer, entrée (for 8) or dessert.  ALC will provide a ham and beverages.  You will be receiving an invitation in the mail soon, but please mark your calendars now.
Please mark your calendars for all the above events and try to come out for them too. We have a new member to add to your membership listing.    Jennifer Duteil, watercolorist.  Her email address is watercolorhhi@gmail.com.  Her address is 23 ½ Bowers Lane,   phone  973-216-5355
